TL;DR

Account Manager I (AdTech): Driving client growth and retention for a leading cannabis industry platform with an accent on revenue optimization, billing collection, and CRM data hygiene. Focus on building long-term client relationships, conducting business reviews, and providing strategic marketing recommendations based on data insights.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Irvine, CA (Onsite 5 days per week)

Salary: $70,304–$84,000 per year

What you will do

  • Manage a dedicated book of business to meet and exceed revenue and retention targets.
  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to help clients grow using marketing solutions.
  • Collaborate with Account Executives to identify new opportunities and drive client value.
  • Conduct regular business reviews, product demonstrations, and client training sessions.
  • Maintain accurate client data and activity logs within the CRM system.
  • Proactively manage billing communications and collection efforts.

Requirements

  • BS/BA degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in AdTech sales or account management.
  • Proven track record of achieving revenue goals and targets.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-oriented approach to sales.
  • Excellent presentation skills with the ability to influence clients effectively.
  • Must be able to work onsite 5 days per week in Irvine, CA.

Nice to have

  • Experience in the cannabis industry.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce and Tableau.
