What you will do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for chapter leaders, providing high-quality support and leadership training.
- Develop and implement recruitment and retention programs to drive chapter growth.
- Oversee the planning and execution of national awards and scholarship programs, including volunteer management.
- Ensure accurate financial reporting and forecasting for all chapter-related initiatives.
- Create and maintain operational tools such as policies, handbooks, and training sessions for chapter leaders.
- Support local meetings and events in the Washington, DC area on a quarterly basis.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- 4+ years of experience in a membership-based organization with chapters.
- Proficiency with membership software, preferably an established AMS system.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
- Ability to travel 4-6 times per year.
- Familiarity with data tracking, dashboards, and financial reporting.
