Location: Onsite in Irvine, CA (5 days per week)
Salary: $95,165 - $112,500 per year

What you will do
- Manage a technical book of business to meet and exceed ARR, MRR, and NRR goals.
- Conduct deep-dive technical discovery calls to analyze client tech stacks and compliance hurdles.
- Pitch the full WM Business suite, demonstrating the value of API integrations and automated compliance tools.
- Act as a bridge between technical product capabilities and non-technical dispensary owners to eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Collaborate with Account Managers to identify and close upsell opportunities and drive product adoption.
- Present data-driven metrics including ROAS, ROI, CAC, and LTV using business intelligence tools.
Requirements
- BS/BA degree or equivalent proven experience in technical sales.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Ad Tech sales, account management, or technical platform sales.
- High-level understanding of APIs, data syncing, and cloud-based architecture.
- Proficiency in Salesforce and BI tools like Tableau.
- Must be based in Irvine, CA for full-time onsite work (5 days per week).
Nice to have
- Experience in the cannabis industry.
- Familiarity with state compliance infrastructure, such as Metrc or seed-to-sale tracking.
