Salary: $120,000–$160,000 CAD per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business goals into unique product experiences
• Work with development teams to create and implement designs for client and internal products
• Conduct user requirements analysis, task analysis, conceptual modeling, information architecture, interaction design, and usability testing
• Promote a culture of empathy for the end-user
• Stay up to date with technologies, industry trends, and design innovations

Requirements

• Availability during Eastern Time Zone (EST) working hours
• Skilled storyteller and creative thinker in multidisciplinary environments
• Experience in customer-facing roles and mentoring creatives
• Strong visual and written information presentation skills
• Solid grasp of user-centered design, testing methodologies, usability, and accessibility
• Expert in graphic design, typography, iconography, styling, and animation
• Experience in Agile development and working with US or European clients
