What you will do

• Define a world-class personalization roadmap and deliver tailored experiences across the hirify.global platform.
• Partner with ML and AI teams to build and scale personalization capabilities, including recommendations, personalized search ranking, and AI-powered features.
• Translate business goals and customer needs into a logically sequenced, optimized product roadmap and maintain/prioritize the backlog with clear specifications.
• Lead cross-functional execution across product, engineering, data science, and design; align stakeholders and guide the platform roadmap.
• Monitor adoption, engagement, and revenue impact of personalization features and report on release performance.
• Write complete, detail-oriented product requirements documents and act as the voice of the customer using insights to inform strategy.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in a technological industry.
• Proven staff/principal-level track record driving product strategy across multiple teams or domains.
• Deep data background using self-service analytics tools (e.g., Mixpanel, Amplitude, Heap).
• Experience working with ML/AI teams to ship personalization systems, recommendation engines, or intelligent ranking models.
• 2+ years owning a personalization, search, or ML-powered product stack at scale.
• Strong ability to influence senior leadership and drive org-wide alignment on complex, ambiguous problems.
