TL;DR

Product Manager (Marketplace): Defining and executing the product roadmap for the Supply Growth pod to accelerate property activations and scalable growth with an accent on acquisition funnels and marketplace dynamics. Focus on synthesizing qualitative and quantitative data to drive business impact and optimizing user activation KPIs.

Location: Fully remote, but must be authorized to work in the United States (E-Verify/I-9 required)

Salary: $130,000 – $150,000 per year

What you will do

  • Define and refine the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the Supply Growth domain.
  • Partner with engineering, design, data, sales, and marketing to launch high-impact initiatives.
  • Conduct user discovery, interviews, and usability testing to validate hypotheses.
  • Lead agile rituals, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, and bug triage.
  • Analyze funnel metrics and activation KPIs using SQL to measure product impact.
  • Run and iterate on product experiments to improve user experience and growth metrics.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of product management experience driving measurable business outcomes.
  • Experience in a marketplace, real estate, or supply-constrained environment.
  • Proficiency in growth KPIs and ability to write SQL queries for analysis.
  • Must be authorized to work in the US (E-Verify/I-9 required).
  • Proven ability to build alignment and influence across diverse cross-functional teams.

  • Experience using modern AI tools to accelerate product discovery, execution, and analysis.
