What you will do

• Provide technical leadership and oversight for plant operations, equipment, systems, and processes.
• Act as the primary technical liaison between the company, site personnel, and customer representatives.
• Lead troubleshooting efforts and perform root cause analysis for power interruptions and equipment failures.
• Oversee maintenance activities, inspections, testing programs, and equipment lifecycle management.
• Analyze plant operating data and reliability trends to identify improvement opportunities.
• Promote and enforce a strong safety culture and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in power generation, industrial operations, or plant engineering.
• Strong understanding of electrical systems, mechanical equipment, controls, and instrumentation.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement corrective action plans.
• Ability to travel to other facilities and customer locations as required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.
