What you will do

• Lead and support electrical plant engineering for 35+ facilities globally, focusing on operations and maintenance.
• Review and approve electrical system design documents, including One Line/Three Line Diagrams and DC Control Schematics.
• Provide on-site consulting and oversight for equipment installation and commissioning activities.
• Conduct root cause analyses for electrical failures using tools like SEL Synchro wave and GE EnerVista.
• Develop technical service bulletins and best practices to improve reliability across the installed fleet.
• Collaborate with corporate and plant teams to drive continuous improvement and productivity goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering from an accredited institution.
• 4+ years of engineering experience in electrical power distribution.
• EIT certification is required; PE License is preferred.
• Experience with High, Medium, and Low Voltage distribution systems in large industrial facilities or utility power plants.
• Proficiency in protective relaying schemes (Medium Voltage), specifically with SEL relays.
• Ability to travel approximately 30%.
