Salary: $49.94 per hour plus a 10% bonus target

What you will do

• Operate and monitor boilers, chillers, and ancillary equipment to ensure reliable steam and chilled water delivery.
• Maintain safe working conditions by identifying and correcting equipment anomalies.
• Manage water quality and cooling tower blow down procedures.
• Oversee fuel oil and natural gas storage and transfer operations.
• Maintain precise operational logs and write work orders for equipment repairs.
• Act as a primary point of contact for customers during backshifts and weekends.

Requirements

• Maryland First Class Stationary Engineer's License required
• Minimum five years of experience in operating stationary or marine boilers
• Ability to work extended or rotating shifts as needed
• Valid driver license in good standing
• Physical ability to climb heights up to 75 feet and lift up to 50 lbs

Nice to have

• EPA CFC Technician Certification (Universal or Type II and Type III)
• Experience with asbestos controls and regulatory water management requirements
