What you will do

• Apply advanced engineering techniques and analyses to solve complex structural problems.
• Prepare complex engineering deliverables and perform research for material and equipment selection.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to lower-level engineering staff and lead production teams.
• Coordinate with internal and external team members on moderately complex projects.
• Develop and validate specialist technical outputs, ensuring compliance with quality programs.
• Assist in identifying client interests and drivers to develop tailored project approaches.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited program.
• Minimum of 5 years of related work experience.
• Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding, including background checks and drug screens.
• Proven ability to function as a technical specialist or in a lead role with minimal supervision.

Nice to have

• Significant experience in steel and reinforced concrete design for power plants or industrial facilities.
• Experience in Front End Design and conceptual studies for industrial facilities.
