Location: Hybrid in Austin, TX (2 days onsite per week)

Salary: $177,441 - $193,800 per year

What you will do

• Define a world-class personalization strategy and roadmap to deliver tailored experiences across the platform.
• Partner with ML and AI teams to scale product recommendations and personalized search ranking.
• Translate business goals and customer needs into a logically sequenced and optimized product roadmap.
• Lead cross-functional teams across product, engineering, data science, and design to implement the personalization vision.
• Monitor adoption, engagement, and revenue impact of AI-powered features.
• Write detailed product requirements documents (PRDs) and serve as the voice of the customer internally.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience in the technology industry.
• Proven track record operating at a staff or principal level, driving strategy across multiple domains.
• Experience working with ML/AI teams to ship personalization systems or recommendation engines.
• 4+ years of experience in consumer-facing online commerce or marketplace environments.
• Deep data background using analytics tools such as Mixpanel, Amplitude, or Heap.
• Must be based in or able to work hybrid from Austin, TX.

Nice to have

• Strong analytical skills with comfort in A/B testing and ML model evaluation.
• High technical fluency regarding model tradeoffs, feature pipelines, and data infrastructure.
• Ability to navigate build vs. buy vs. partner decisions for AI/ML capabilities.
• Experience operating in ambiguous, high-growth environments.
