Senior Product Manager (AI/ML Platform)

Location: Must be based in the Seattle metro area or able to relocate independently within 90 days. This is a hybrid role with an expectation to be in the office 2–3 days per week in Seattle.

Salary: $150,000 - $196,880

• Drive the AI/ML platform strategy and roadmap to enable rapid experimentation and safe deployment across product teams.
• Lead continuous discovery with clinical and engineering teams to identify AI use cases and workflow gaps.
• Prioritize infrastructure initiatives based on customer value, scalability, and ROI.
• Collaborate with engineering leadership to translate complex AI/ML needs into well-scoped platform capabilities.
• Establish service standards and feedback loops to improve platform performance and developer satisfaction.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Product Management experience, specifically with technical platforms or infrastructure.
• Demonstrated experience partnering with Engineering to ship scalable systems in production.
• Strong understanding of AI/ML model lifecycles, evaluation, and deployment workflows.
• Ability to influence senior technical stakeholders without formal authority.
• Must be based in the Seattle metro area or able to relocate independently within 90 days.

Nice to have

• Prior machine learning engineering experience.
