What you will do

• Define and champion multi-quarter product strategy and roadmaps for early-stage and high-traction artists.
• Prototype and ship AI-driven features for intelligent release, audience growth, and earnings insights.
• Implement AI tools to accelerate product team velocity and research synthesis.
• Synthesize artist feedback through research and analytics to drive roadmap priorities.
• Monitor the competitive landscape and evolving AI ecosystem to identify unique value opportunities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, and marketing to optimize the end-to-end artist journey.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in product management with a track record of launching high-impact features.
• 3+ years in a senior/lead role, ideally working with independent creators or small businesses.
• Must be based in San Francisco, CA.
• Hands-on proficiency with AI tools for prototyping and decision-making.
• Ability to use quantitative and qualitative data (Amplitude, Sigma, etc.) to derive insights.
• Experience translating ambiguous problems into executable plans and measurable outcomes.

Nice to have

• Experience shipping AI/ML features to production.
• Music industry experience.
• Experience with JIRA and Confluence.
