TL;DR

Location: Must be based in or able to work in Denver, CO (Hybrid: 2-3 days/week in office)

Compensation: $125,000–$140,000

What you will do

  • Define and own the strategic roadmap for Revenue Operations, aligning GTM systems and analytics with growth objectives.
  • Manage the enterprise-wide GTM tech stack, serving as the primary administrator for HubSpot and ensuring data integrity across Looker and Ordway.
  • Design and improve scalable processes for lead generation, pipeline management, and customer lifecycle management.
  • Build revenue intelligence frameworks, including executive dashboards for pipeline health, forecasting, and LTV:CAC metrics.
  • Oversee the Deal Desk function to ensure deal compliance, pricing accuracy, and commercial efficiency.
  • Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Finance leadership to identify operational gaps and implement data-driven solutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or GTM leadership, preferably in SaaS.
  • Proven track record of building or scaling RevOps functions in high-growth environments.
  • Expertise in HubSpot CRM administration and architecture.
  • Advanced analytical skills with mastery of Looker, Excel/Google Sheets, and reporting tools.
  • Ability to influence C-suite and senior leadership through data-driven narratives.
  • Must be based in Denver, CO and able to work in a hybrid capacity.
