Head of Technology (SaaS): Leading the Shared Tech group to evolve engineering organization toward an autonomous, efficient, and AI-enabled model with an accent on Product Ops, Data, and Security & Infrastructure. Focus on stabilizing systems, clarifying priorities, and increasing delivery velocity without compromising quality.

Location: Must be based in Montreal or able to travel regularly to Montreal.

What you will do

• Lead and develop the Shared Tech group of approximately 20 people.
• Increase engineering velocity by enabling teams to ship end-to-end value with minimal dependencies.
• Embed AI and automation across development workflows to accelerate execution.
• Oversee Product Operations, Data, and Security & Infrastructure pillars.
• Align teams around production outcomes, customer impact, and end-to-end ownership.
• Partner with product line heads to improve deployment frequency and production reliability.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in engineering leadership within a scaling or large-scale SaaS environment.
• Proven experience managing and developing leaders in engineering organizations of 20–30 people.
• Strong technical credibility with hands-on experience in transformation contexts.
• Good understanding of French (written and spoken) is required.
• Must be based in Montreal or able to travel regularly.
• Experience with the Microsoft / .NET ecosystem or ability to ramp up quickly.
