What you will do

• Lead and develop software engineering teams responsible for enterprise SaaS products and platform services.
• Drive technical execution and delivery of roadmap initiatives across cloud-based and distributed systems.
• Participate in architecture reviews, technical design discussions, and engineering planning activities.
• Partner with Product and Engineering leadership to translate business requirements into technical delivery plans.
• Drive engineering best practices across CI/CD, automated testing, observability, security, and operational readiness.
• Mentor engineers and technical leads while fostering a culture of accountability and engineering excellence.

Requirements

• 8+ years of software engineering experience building SaaS applications, distributed systems, or cloud-based services.
• 3+ years of experience managing software engineering teams.
• Experience participating in architecture reviews and technical design discussions for production systems.
• Experience delivering software using Agile development methodologies, CI/CD pipelines, and automated testing practices.
• Experience supporting production systems, including operational readiness, incident response, and reliability improvements.

Nice to have

• Experience with enterprise software technologies such as Java, C#, .NET, or SQL.
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience leading technical initiatives involving scalability, performance, or platform modernization.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools in engineering workflows.
