What you will do

• Define and execute a multi-year systems strategy aligned with corporate objectives and global growth.
• Lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives to simplify processes and improve scalability.
• Champion the adoption of AI and automation to increase employee productivity and operational performance.
• Manage the Information Systems operating budget, investment portfolio, and resource planning.
• Serve as an executive advisor to senior leadership on digital transformation and operational scalability.
• Lead and develop a global organization across product management, engineering, and governance.

Requirements

• 15+ years of progressive leadership experience in Information Systems or Enterprise Applications.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• Proven track record of leading large-scale enterprise systems organizations through multiple layers of leadership.
• Experience managing significant operating budgets and strategic vendor relationships.
• Experience leveraging AI and modern enterprise platforms to drive business outcomes.
• Fluency in English (C1+) is required for global collaboration.
