What you will do

• Lead and mentor engineering teams in the development of AI-enabled network management applications.
• Drive the planning and execution of features to meet delivery timelines and quality standards.
• Champion the adoption and scaling of AI technologies to improve product innovation and development efficiency.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners including product management, data science, UX, and platform engineering.
• Implement and enforce engineering best practices such as modular design, performance optimization, and automated testing.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 8+ years of software development experience applying modern engineering practices.
• 2+ years of experience managing direct reports in an engineering environment.
• Proven track record of delivering complex software solutions within Agile frameworks.
• Strong leadership and mentoring skills for distributed teams.
• Ability to operate effectively in fast-paced, evolving environments.

Nice to have

• Experience applying AI/ML technologies in production systems.
• Background in network management systems, SDN, or network automation platforms.
• Experience with cloud-native platforms, microservices, and Kubernetes.
• Experience leading AI transformation initiatives.
