What you will do

• Partner with functional SMEs to assess training needs, design content, and deliver effective learning solutions.
• Lead and coordinate role-specific onboarding for new hires, including scheduling and tracking.
• Design and deliver instructor-led, virtual, and e-learning programs aligned with adult learning principles.
• Manage and support learning platforms and systems used by the L&D function.
• Maintain accurate training documentation and reporting in accordance with regulatory expectations.
• Collaborate with leadership to establish and maintain role-based curricula and training hour requirements.

Requirements

• Degree in a scientific or healthcare discipline.
• 4-6 years of clinical trial experience within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or CRO settings.
• 4 years of experience specifically in training and development supporting clinical trial delivery teams.
• Proficiency with learning development platforms and Microsoft Office.
• English: C1 level (excellent verbal and writing communication skills).
• Strong knowledge of ICH/GCP relating to clinical trial management.
