Civil Design Manager (Site Design)

Location: Remote in Missouri, or North Kansas City, Overland Park, St. Louis, and Wichita offices; hybrid, remote, and office-based options are available in the specified regions. Travel to offices, client meetings, and construction sites may be required.

What you will do

• Lead and manage project staff on technical aspects of site design projects.
• Coordinate work across all disciplines involved in projects.
• Plan and oversee quality reviews of project deliverables.
• Provide senior-level design reviews and resolve technical issues.
• Act as a consultative resource for clients and support project studies, drawings, sketches, and data collection.
• Supervise and review assignments completed by less experienced staff.

Requirements

• Associate degree in Drafting.
• 10 years of CAD software experience, including AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Project management skills for medium-sized projects.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to travel for in-office activities, client meetings, and site visits.
