What you will do

• Direct and manage project staff on technical aspects and coordinate with various disciplines.
• Plan and oversee the quality assurance/quality control (QA/QC) review process for deliverables.
• Serve as a consultative resource for clients to resolve project-specific issues.
• Provide senior-level design reviews and technical guidance to the team.
• Supervise and review assignments for less experienced staff to promote efficiency.
• Assist in project studies through drawings, sketching, and data acquisition.

Requirements

• Must be based in the USA (specifically aligned with Missouri or Kansas regions for hybrid/office access).
• Associate Degree in Drafting.
• 10 years of experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D.
• Proven project management skills for medium-sized projects.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team.
