What you will do

• Execute structural engineering tasks for mid-rise and high-rise buildings.
• Develop structural drawings, Revit models, and technical reports.
• Apply building code provisions and material design standards to projects.
• Perform construction administration tasks, including submittal reviews and field responses.
• Coordinate with other disciplines to ensure overall project alignment.
• Participate in team meetings to resolve technical and coordination issues.

Requirements

• BS or MS degree in Civil, Structural, or Architectural Engineering.
• EIT certification required; on the path to professional licensure.
• 3-5 years of professional experience in structural design.
• Ability to evaluate structural systems using analytical software and calculator methods.
• Strong professional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Must be based in or able to work from the specified Texas or Louisiana offices.

Nice to have

• Experience with Revit.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
