TL;DR
Director, Security & Infrastructure (SaaS): Leading infrastructure, security operations, and GRC to enable product teams to move faster with confidence with an accent on platform reliability, scalability, and automated security guardrails. Focus on transforming infrastructure into a self-service platform and embedding continuous security assurance into delivery workflows.
Location: Based in Montreal, or able to travel there a few times per quarter

What you will do
- Lead infrastructure, security operations, and GRC functions across and ShareGate.
- Improve platform reliability and scalability to facilitate confident product shipping.
- Embed security guardrails directly into delivery workflows to reduce compliance risk.
- Enable engineering autonomy by creating self-service infrastructure and reducing centralized dependencies.
- Strengthen system resilience through observability, incident response, and capacity planning.
- Communicate risk, priorities, and tradeoffs to executive and board-level stakeholders.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in infrastructure and security leadership within technology organizations.
- Strong expertise in cloud-native environments, specifically Azure or GCP.
- Hands-on experience with Kubernetes, infrastructure as code (IaC), and platform automation.
- Deep knowledge of security frameworks like SOC 2, NIST CSF, ISO 27001, and CIS Controls.
- Proven track record of building secure, high-availability environments for SaaS products.
- Must be based in Montreal or able to travel there a few times per quarter.

- CISSP, CISM, or equivalent security credentials.
