Compensation: $160,000–$180,000 (Base + Commission + Bonus)

What you will do

• Lead and mentor a high-performing team of technical experts to maintain core business competencies.
• Oversee national program management for the A&E community to drive standardization and business growth.
• Collaborate with sales to define and implement professional service offerings.
• Manage project initiatives and maintenance for Axis Experience Centres across Canada.
• Establish best practices for service delivery, handoffs, and support structures.
• Develop processes to improve departmental efficiency and adapt to stakeholder needs.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Greater Toronto Area, Ontario.
• Bachelors’ Degree in business information systems, operations management, or security and information risk management.
• 6+ years of industry experience in customer-facing engineering, project management, or operations roles.
• Extensive experience in system design, integration, and networking (e.g., CAD, Visio, bandwidth calculations).
• Proven track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
• Strong ability to create detailed RFI/RFP responses and project documentation.
