What you will do

• Develop and implement training programs for FAA/ATC technical onboarding and workforce readiness.
• Build structured learning paths for system engineers, test engineers, and field service staff.
• Partner with technical SMEs and engineering leads to identify training gaps and align solutions with business goals.
• Own LMS administration, including course assignments, completion tracking, and compliance reporting.
• Create and maintain curriculum frameworks, job aids, and SOP training resources.
• Lead onboarding and orientation programs to integrate new employees and contractors into the program.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in L&D, Instructional Design, Organizational Development, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical training program management or workforce development.
• Experience managing training in complex environments such as aerospace, defense, or telecommunications.
• Proficiency with LMS tools and strong knowledge of adult learning principles.
• Must be a US citizen capable of obtaining a US Public Trust Security Clearance.
• Regular onsite presence in Frederick, MD and willingness to travel approximately 10%.
