TL;DR

Training Manager (Medicare): Leading the Advanced Health Training team to develop and facilitate onboarding and ongoing training programs for sales-focused roles with an accent on performance metrics and compliance standards. Focus on bridging knowledge gaps, coaching sales agents, and enhancing overall team effectiveness through data-driven instructional design.

Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL (Willis Tower). Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year.

What you will do

  • Create and facilitate onboarding training programs for new sales hires.
  • Partner with sales managers to identify and bridge knowledge and skill gaps.
  • Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Manage and mentor a team of assigned training staff.
  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs using performance metrics.
  • Continuously update and enhance training materials and reference databases.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
  • Minimum 2 years of management experience required.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in training, coaching, or instructional design.
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
  • Proven ability to coach sales agents and utilize performance metrics for improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience speaking to large audiences.

Nice to have

  • Medicare or insurance industry experience.
  • Current Health Insurance Producer License.
  • Experience in a call center or high-volume sales environment.
