Location: Must be based in Chicago, IL (Willis Tower). Must be eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
Salary: $55,000–$65,000 per year.

What you will do
- Create and facilitate onboarding training programs for new sales hires.
- Partner with sales managers to identify and bridge knowledge and skill gaps.
- Collaborate with the Quality Assurance team to ensure compliance with industry standards.
- Manage and mentor a team of assigned training staff.
- Monitor and measure the effectiveness of training programs using performance metrics.
- Continuously update and enhance training materials and reference databases.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 2 years of management experience required.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in training, coaching, or instructional design.
- Must be eligible to work in the United States without visa or residency sponsorship.
- Proven ability to coach sales agents and utilize performance metrics for improvement.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with experience speaking to large audiences.
Nice to have
- Medicare or insurance industry experience.
- Current Health Insurance Producer License.
- Experience in a call center or high-volume sales environment.
