What you will do

• Lead technical training for operations and maintenance personnel at assigned facilities.
• Manage the competency management system and report on qualification status and compliance.
• Design and develop training materials and competency maps to close technical skill gaps.
• Coordinate apprenticeship and entry-level training programs to ensure procedural compliance.
• Collaborate with facility management and safety teams to support operational excellence and LEAN initiatives.
• Maintain accurate training and qualification records using SharePoint and Learning Management Systems.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical training development or competency management.
• Technical training delivery experience in waste-to-energy, power generation, or chemical industries.
• Proficiency in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Ability and willingness to travel 50-70% of the time across the region.
• Must be based in or able to work onsite in Niagara Falls, NY.
• ASME/QRO certification preferred or ability to achieve within 12 months.
