What you will do

• Own and maintain the master production, procurement, and delivery schedule for asset build programs across operational regions.
• Lead expediting efforts with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure materials and equipment are delivered on schedule.
• Coordinate between engineering, procurement, operations, accounting, and external suppliers to resolve obstacles.
• Monitor project milestones and supplier commitments to identify schedule risks and develop mitigation plans.
• Develop and maintain reporting on key metrics, including schedule adherence and supplier performance.
• Mentor and guide Production Coordinators on project coordination and expediting best practices.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in expediting, project coordination, project controls, or capital project execution.
• Demonstrated experience managing supplier schedules, production milestones, and delivery commitments.
• Proficiency with ERP, MRP, or project management systems to track procurement activities.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong understanding of critical path management and risk identification.
• Location: Must be based in Houston, TX and available for occasional travel to supplier and field locations.

Nice to have

• Experience supporting data center infrastructure, power generation, or electrical equipment projects.
• Proficiency with project scheduling software such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet.
• PMP, APICS/ASCM, or similar project management/supply chain certification.
• Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement methodologies.
