What you will do

• Define ERP program scope, roadmap, and objectives aligned with digital transformation goals.
• Lead full lifecycle ERP implementations including planning, design, build, test, and deployment.
• Manage relationships with ERP vendors and system integrators to ensure adherence to SOWs.
• Partner with business leaders to re-engineer and standardize processes across finance and supply chain.
• Oversee risk mitigation, data migration, and go-live readiness activities.
• Provide clear updates to executive leadership and facilitate governance forums.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience leading ERP implementations (Oracle or similar platforms).
• Proven experience delivering large-scale ERP transformation programs.
• Strong knowledge of ERP architecture, business process integration, and data migration strategies.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet or ServiceNow PPM.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
• Ability to work onsite in Deerfield, Illinois.

Nice to have

• PMP certification or Scrum Master (CSM/PSM) certification.
• SAP or Oracle ERP certifications.
• Experience with multi-instance ERP consolidation and global rollouts.
• Experience with Agile methodologies.
