What you will do

• Create and maintain detailed project schedules for planning, design, and execution phases.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of remote consultants to ensure project success.
• Perform schedule risk assessments and develop mitigation strategies for critical path activities.
• Coordinate across design, cost, and procurement teams to ensure realistic timeline integration.
• Develop and manage commissioning plans for mechanical, electrical, and IT system turnovers.
• Lead Quarterly Business Reviews with client sponsors and company executives.

Requirements

• Must be based in Goodyear, AZ with availability to be on-site up to five days/week.
• 5+ years of data center construction scheduling or project management expertise.
• Expert proficiency in MS Project and working knowledge of P6.
• Mastery of work breakdown structures, logic sequencing, and resource loading.
• Ability to lead stakeholder alignment and manage integrated schedules across multiple trades.
• Strong understanding of field construction activities and phased delivery models.

Nice to have

• 10+ years of data center or mission-critical experience.
• Proven track record of leading stakeholder alignment for complex phased strategies.
