Requirements

• Must be based in North Reading, MA (local candidates only).
• No visa sponsorship available.
• 5+ years of direct management and technical leadership experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software development or sustaining.
• Proven track record of using Generative AI tools to increase team throughput.
• Experience in the semiconductor industry.
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering (required).

Nice to have

• Experience with C#, VBA, embedded systems, and multi-threaded programming.
• Knowledge of the automated test equipment (ATE) industry.
• Experience with Agile software development processes.
• Master's degree in EE/CS or an MBA.
• Full product life cycle experience from concept to customer support.
