Salary: $298,000 - $350,000 USD

• Establish engineering processes to ensure reliable delivery, code quality, and system scalability.

Requirements

• Proven engineering leadership experience managing managers and driving organizational development.
• Hands-on experience in Applied Machine Learning, specifically productionizing applications with LLMs.
• Deep understanding of ML infrastructure and the complexities of deploying AI securely.
• Execution-focused mindset to translate business goals into technical milestones.
• Must be based in Menlo Park, CA or Bellevue, WA with 5 days per week in-office attendance.
