Digital Business Analyst

What you will do

• Work across the full development lifecycle, from requirements gathering and acceptance criteria through development and UAT.
• Shape enterprise-grade web and e-commerce projects in cross-functional, product-style teams.
• Write user stories and clarify requirements with developers, QA testers, architects, Product Owners, Scrum Masters, and client stakeholders.
• Support projects involving web and mobile applications, APIs, and message structures.
• Challenge assumptions, investigate requirements, and help deliver pragmatic solutions.

Requirements

• Demonstrable experience as a Digital Business Analyst across the full solutions lifecycle.
• Experience writing user stories and working in Agile and Scrum environments.
• Previous experience with web and digital projects, including front-end and back-end website understanding.
• Experience collaborating with Scrum Masters, Product Owners, Solution Architects, Developers, and QA analysts.
• Understanding of APIs and message structures, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
