TL;DR
Business Analyst (ERP/Business Transformation): Designing and optimizing company-wide business processes, functional specifications, and system requirements across Rotork's transformation programs with an accent on process mapping, gap analysis, ERP deployment, and stakeholder alignment. Focus on translating business needs into delivered system changes, facilitating requirements workshops, and supporting Agile implementation, UAT, training, and change management.

What you will do
- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and system requirements.
- Document business processes, data flows, RACI models, and current-state and future-state operating models.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and working sessions to gather and validate requirements.
- Conduct gap analysis and lead the design and implementation of new processes and solution updates.
- Partner with process owners, product owners, and project teams to align business requirements with delivered change.
- Support training materials, change management, benefit realization, and enterprise process governance.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Analysis, Business Management, Information Technology, Business Administration, or relevant experience.
- Demonstrable Business Analyst experience in complex corporate or multi-entity organizations.
- Advanced knowledge of process mapping, problem-solving methodologies, requirements elicitation, root-cause analysis, and gap analysis.
- Experience with ERP deployment and management.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365, Visio, Excel, Power BI, SQL, JIRA, and Azure DevOps.
- Experience supporting digital transformation through Agile, Scrum, or hybrid delivery, including UAT, training, and change management.
