What you will do

• Lead and scale a world-class AI professional services team, including hiring, mentoring, and structural growth.
• Develop executive relationships with VP+, CIO, and CDO-level stakeholders as a trusted advisor for AI transformations.
• Align with Field Engineering and Sales leaders to define joint strategies for strategic accounts.
• Design scalable engagement models and reusable solutions to ensure repeatability across the global team.
• Influence Product, R&D, and GTM strategies by providing voice-of-customer insights and delivery learnings.
• Own OKRs related to revenue, utilization, and public references for AI-services led accounts.

Requirements

• Extensive experience managing, hiring, and scaling teams of data scientists and ML engineers.
• Deep technical expertise in ML, GenAI, and data science.
• Experience building production AI solutions in cloud environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Proven success developing strategy and building trust with senior enterprise executive stakeholders.
• Graduate degree in a quantitative discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, etc.) or equivalent practical experience.
• Must be based in the United States.
