What you will do

• Drive revenue growth by identifying and closing cross-sell and upsell opportunities within a customer portfolio.
• Maintain high net revenue and logo retention by proactively managing customer health and churn risks.
• Act as the primary strategic partner and point of contact for members, including C-suite and operational leadership.
• Collaborate with Product, Support, and RCM Sales teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Advocate for customer needs internally to remove barriers and improve the overall user experience.
• Deploy one-to-many engagement strategies such as webinars, email campaigns, and product workshops.

Requirements

• BA or BS degree.
• 3+ years of sales or account management experience in the healthcare SaaS market.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Ability to travel 25–30% to client sites and company events.
• Proficiency with Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft, Gainsight, or similar CRM/revenue tools.
• Strong communication and presentation skills for managing executive-level stakeholders.
