What you will do

  • Lead the growth strategy for low-code and Appian capabilities across NSW and Australia.
  • Identify, target, and secure new enterprise and mid-market clients to build a sustainable pipeline.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to translate client needs into tailored automation and AI solutions.
  • Develop value propositions, commercial offers, and go-to-market assets in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
  • Manage strategic relationships with Appian and other low-code partners to enable co-selling and joint development.
  • Provide market intelligence and represent the company as a thought leader at industry events.

Requirements

  • 7–10+ years of experience in business development, strategy, or digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of low-code platforms, preferably with exposure to Appian.
  • Proven experience executing growth strategies for digital or technology-led offerings.
  • Strong capability in business case development and financial modelling.
  • Experience collaborating with sales, delivery, and technical teams in a SaaS or services environment.
  • Excellent communication skills for engaging both technical and non-technical senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

  • Experience in automation, workflow, or hyperautomation ecosystems.
  • Experience engaging with vendor partners such as Microsoft, Pega, ServiceNow, or Nintex.
  • Understanding of enterprise architecture and digital process automation.
  • Experience working with large or regulated industries like banking, insurance, government, or health.
