What you will do

• Lead strategic discussions with potential new hirify.global AI Decision Studio customers.
• Collaborate with pre- and post-sales teams to identify and quantify high-impact applications of AI solutions.
• Enable internal colleagues by training them on reinforcement learning and its marketing applications.
• Manage and ensure the success of hirify.global AI Decision Studio Proofs of Value (POV) motions.
• Provide customer feedback to product and marketing teams to influence the product roadmap.
• Represent hirify.global AI at marquee meetings, industry events, and trade shows.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise sales, consulting, marketing technology, AI, or marketing.
• Proven track record of distinctive performance and executive-level influence.
• Strong business acumen with the ability to interpret and accelerate impact via AI.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills for engaging executive stakeholders.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias toward action and process-driven execution.
• Ability to build trust-based relationships and navigate complex technical evaluations.
