What you will do
- Recruit, develop, and lead a team of 5-7 Enterprise Sales Representatives across the specified geography.
- Develop and execute a strategic business plan to overachieve quarterly and annual sales goals.
- Manage the full sales ecosystem, from lead generation through to closing.
- Collaborate with the VP of Sales and the leadership team to refine the Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy.
- Mentor and build the next generation of sales leaders within the organization.
Requirements
- Must be based in Australia.
- Minimum 5 years of experience leading Enterprise sales teams.
- Proven track record of scaling and growing teams in the ANZ region, including success in New Zealand.
- Experience selling SaaS solutions related to cloud, logs, metrics, IT operations, and security.
- Expertise in navigating complex sales cycles and selling large deals to Fortune 1000 companies.
- Proficiency with MEDDIC and Command of Message frameworks.
Nice to have
- Background in Cloud, Security, or Machine Learning.
- Experience with iRAP and CAUDIT frameworks.
