What you will do

• Investigate and resolve technical issues across cloud security posture, threat detection, and identity management.
• Troubleshoot cloud connector and integration failures across major cloud providers and SaaS platforms.
• Diagnose workload scanning and runtime security issues including sensor configuration and malware detection.
• Analyze vulnerability findings, triage false positives, and validate detection accuracy.
• Support shift-left security workflows including CI/CD scanning and Kubernetes security.
• Design and implement automation leveraging AI agents to improve triage accuracy and resolution efficiency.

Requirements

• Must have the legal right to work in Ireland without visa sponsorship.
• 5+ years of experience in technical support or system administration.
• 2+ years of experience working with AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• 1+ years of hands-on experience with Kubernetes and containerized applications.
• Proficiency in reading and debugging code (Python, Shell, JavaScript, Java, Go, or Terraform).
• Strong understanding of cloud security fundamentals and Linux environments.

Nice to have

• Experience with vulnerability management, SBOM/SCA analysis, or CVE triage.
• Background in threat detection, runtime security, or SIEM/SOAR integrations.
• Experience building agentic workflows or RAG architectures.
• Familiarity with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD pipelines.
• Knowledge of GraphQL or REST API debugging.
