What you will do

• Act as a technical consultant and security expert for existing customers.
• Conduct deployment discovery and architecture design reviews across network, email, and cloud environments.
• Map customer priorities to technical solutions and document value statements.
• Collaborate with internal teams including Customer Success Managers, Analysts, and Sales to ensure account growth.
• Provide consultative guidance on cybersecurity initiatives and priorities.
• Maintain organized documentation and account administration in internal systems.

Requirements

• Must be based in Indonesia
• 2+ years of experience in Customer Success Engineering, Technical Account Management, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of on-premise and cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for interacting with stakeholders from IT admins to C-Suite.
• Ability to build and maintain critical business relationships.
• Experience in the cybersecurity industry is highly preferred.

Nice to have

• Experience with Email Security, Incident Response, or Cloud Security Architecture.
• Relevant external cybersecurity certifications.
