What you will do

• Define and drive the product strategy for RCM initiatives, covering patient scheduling, registration, insurance verification, and financial reporting.
• Form external partnerships to accelerate the hirify.global RCM platform ecosystem strategy.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration across engineering, UX, marketing, and sales to deliver high-quality RCM products.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis within the front-end RCM landscape to identify trends and differentiation opportunities.
• Develop data-driven business cases with success metrics tied to eligibility accuracy and authorization approval rates.
• Communicate the RCM product vision and strategy effectively to top-level executives and stakeholders.

Requirements

• Location: Must be based in the United States
• 7+ years of product management experience, with at least 3 years in a senior role focused on Revenue Cycle Management.
• Proven success in healthcare technology, specifically emphasizing patient access and RCM workflows.
• Deep understanding of EMR systems, healthcare interoperability, APIs, and point-of-service collections.
• Analytical mindset with expertise in RCM KPIs such as denial prevention and authorization turnaround times.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Business, Healthcare, or equivalent practical experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with eligibility and benefits data standards (EDI 270/271, HL7, FHIR) and payer connectivity.
• Familiarity with prior authorization standards (CMS rules, Da Vinci Project, PARDD).
• Knowledge of regulatory bodies and compliance requirements including CMS, ONC, and HIPAA.
• Experience with AI-driven technologies for automated eligibility verification or intelligent scheduling.
• Strong background in user research and RCM performance reporting.
