Location: Must be based in the United States. This is not a remote international position.
Salary: $175,000 - $195,000 (NYC-based range).

What you will do
- Own and evolve the product strategy for provider network technology, interoperability, and clinical data exchange.
- Develop and maintain a multi-quarter roadmap aligned with business goals and technical strategy.
- Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable product solutions.
- Lead product efforts related to EMR integrations, APIs, and provider-facing workflows.
- Establish success metrics and KPIs to measure provider experience, operational efficiency, and ROI.
- Guide, coach, and mentor a team of product managers.
Requirements
- Must be based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship.
- 7–10+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology.
- Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, EMRs, practice management systems, and clinical data exchange.
- Familiarity with healthcare data standards including HL7, FHIR, and EDI.
- Proven ability to define product strategy, build roadmaps, and drive initiatives from discovery to launch.
- Experience in a player/coach leadership role managing product managers or cross-functional teams.
