Director, Product Management (Healthcare)

Location: Must be based in the United States. This is not a remote international position.

Salary: $175,000 - $195,000 (NYC-based range).

What you will do

• Own and evolve the product strategy for provider network technology, interoperability, and clinical data exchange.
• Develop and maintain a multi-quarter roadmap aligned with business goals and technical strategy.
• Partner with Engineering and Architecture teams to ensure scalable, secure, and maintainable product solutions.
• Lead product efforts related to EMR integrations, APIs, and provider-facing workflows.
• Establish success metrics and KPIs to measure provider experience, operational efficiency, and ROI.
• Guide, coach, and mentor a team of product managers.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship.
• 7–10+ years of product management experience in healthcare technology.
• Deep understanding of healthcare workflows, EMRs, practice management systems, and clinical data exchange.
• Familiarity with healthcare data standards including HL7, FHIR, and EDI.
• Proven ability to define product strategy, build roadmaps, and drive initiatives from discovery to launch.
• Experience in a player/coach leadership role managing product managers or cross-functional teams.
