What you will do

• Drive product direction for EHR capabilities, framing problems, targeting users, and defining success metrics.
• Operationalize AI-first development by directing, reviewing, and refining AI agent-generated artifacts across the product pipeline.
• Provide technical leadership on healthcare interoperability, specifically regarding HL7 FHIR, SMART on FHIR, and API patterns.
• Partner with commercial, marketing, and sales teams on go-to-market positioning, pricing, and adoption.
• Engage directly with clinicians, CMIOs, and health system IT leaders to validate problems and pressure-test solutions.
• Monitor regulatory standards (ONC, CMS, USCDI) and translate implications into roadmap actions.

Requirements

• Must be based in the U.S. or Canada.
• 5+ years of progressive product management experience.
• Deep expertise in Healthcare IT, specifically EHR/EMR and the U.S. healthcare ecosystem.
• Hands-on experience with HL7 FHIR (resources, profiles, US Core), SMART on FHIR, and REST APIs.
• Demonstrated experience in AI-directed product leadership and LLM-assisted discovery.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Health Informatics, Biomedical Engineering, or Business.

Nice to have

• MBA or MS in Health Informatics.
• Certifications in HL7 FHIR Proficiency, AHIMA, or CPHIMS.
