What you will do

• Lead the vision, strategy, and roadmap for health system data sharing and integration platforms.
• Identify high-value opportunities for secure data exchange and interoperability to support clinical decision-making and population health.
• Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to define PRDs and deliver AI-driven insight solutions.
• Design user experiences and dashboards that transform combined genomic and clinical data into actionable insights for clinicians.
• Evaluate and integrate third-party interoperability frameworks and AI/ML tools to accelerate product development.
• Track success metrics and partner with clinical informatics teams to ensure seamless integration into EMR ecosystems.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in enterprise software, healthcare technology, or data platform product management.
• Deep understanding of healthcare interoperability standards (HL7 FHIR, HL7).
• Experience integrating with major EMR platforms such as Epic or Oracle Health.
• Proven track record of launching enterprise data platforms specifically for large health systems.
• Proficiency in SQL to drive data-informed product decisions.
• Bachelor’s degree in CS, Engineering, Business, Healthcare Informatics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of modern data architectures, cloud data platforms, and LLMs.
