Salary: $145,000 - $185,000 USD

What you will do
- Own and execute the overall sales enablement strategy for the revenue team.
- Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for Account Executives, BDRs, and Sales Architects.
- Develop and maintain sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and opportunity management guides.
- Partner with Product Marketing to translate product positioning into field-ready enablement materials.
- Run recurring enablement sessions, including product training and competitive updates.
- Measure and optimize program effectiveness through usage metrics and sales outcomes.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Sales/Revenue Enablement experience with ownership of onboarding and playbooks.
- Experience in B2B/B2G technology companies supporting enterprise software sales teams.
- Ability to translate complex technical products into clear sales narratives.
- Must be based in the United States.
- Proficiency with HubSpot, Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace.
- Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a remote-first environment.
