Location: Remote (USA). Must be based in the United States

Salary: $145,000 - $185,000 USD

What you will do

  • Own and execute the overall sales enablement strategy for the revenue team.
  • Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs for Account Executives, BDRs, and Sales Architects.
  • Develop and maintain sales playbooks, messaging frameworks, and opportunity management guides.
  • Partner with Product Marketing to translate product positioning into field-ready enablement materials.
  • Run recurring enablement sessions, including product training and competitive updates.
  • Measure and optimize program effectiveness through usage metrics and sales outcomes.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of Sales/Revenue Enablement experience with ownership of onboarding and playbooks.
  • Experience in B2B/B2G technology companies supporting enterprise software sales teams.
  • Ability to translate complex technical products into clear sales narratives.
  • Must be based in the United States.
  • Proficiency with HubSpot, Slack, Notion, and Google Workspace.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to operate in a remote-first environment.
