TL;DR

Senior Sales Executive (EHS and Sustainability): Driving new business and managing client relationships for advisory services in workplace safety, sustainability, and energy data management with an accent on strategic account planning and technical credibility. Focus on identifying customer needs, crafting customized advisory solutions, and meeting aggressive sales targets within the EHS and sustainability sectors.

Location: Must be based in the United States. Role is 100% remote with 25-50% travel required.

Compensation: $166,250 - $192,500 (Total target earnings including base and incentive).

What you will do

  • Drive new business and exceed sales targets by positioning advisory service offerings to key industries.
  • Build and maintain a portfolio of accounts, identifying customer needs and pain points.
  • Collaborate with technical resources and engineers to craft customized advisory solutions.
  • Communicate the value proposition of advisory services and software products to key buyers.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact throughout the sales cycle and support smooth hand-offs to implementation teams.
  • Provide input on market trends and customer needs to service managers to influence practice strategy.

Requirements

  • Must be based in the United States.
  • 8+ years of professional sales experience.
  • Bachelor’s or graduate degree.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of business sales processes and strong business acumen.
  • Knowledge of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS), Sustainability, Manufacturing, or Commercial Real Estate.
