What you will do

  • Develop and scale coaching programs to improve demo quality and persuasive storytelling.
  • Analyze churn data to create training interventions that bridge the gap between sales promises and product reality.
  • Own the Solutions Engineering onboarding journey to reduce ramp time and embed professional standards.
  • Leverage tools like Gong, Vivun, and Tableau to identify performance gaps and measure program ROI.
  • Build and maintain the source of truth for playbooks, discovery guides, and technical calculators.
  • Foster a culture of peer-to-peer learning through facilitated call reviews.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Training, or Solutions Engineering within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep familiarity with performance management frameworks and coaching to KPIs like quota and demo scores.
  • Technical aptitude to understand complex workflows and utilize CRM and tracking tools.
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to command a room and write clear documentation.
  • Must be based in the United States to qualify for the specified US compensation zones.
