TL;DR

Director, Sales Enablement (SaaS): Scaling and elevating the global sales enablement function to equip AEs, BDRs, and SEs with the necessary skills and playbooks with an accent on the product-to-field content loop and sales methodology integration. Focus on reducing ramp time, improving quota attainment, and establishing consistent manager coaching frameworks.

Location: Remote (United States). hirify.global does not offer visa sponsorship for this role.

Salary: $155,400 – $222,000 + Equity

What you will do

  • Own the bidirectional content loop, converting product strategy and PMM output into field-ready playbooks.
  • Embed MEDDPICC and Command of the Message frameworks into the daily habits of reps and managers.
  • Design and scale onboarding and certification programs to optimize ramp time and time-to-productivity.
  • Develop structured manager enablement programs to ensure consistency in pipeline inspection and coaching.
  • Build a data-driven KPI framework tied to business outcomes like win rates and stage conversion.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in sales enablement or sales leadership, with at least 3 years owning a function.
  • Proven track record of scaling enablement in a B2B SaaS or developer tools company.
  • Deep expertise in MEDDPICC and Command of the Message methodologies.
  • Technical fluency to articulate hirify.global's product strategy and technical differentiation.
  • Must be based in the United States; no visa sponsorship is provided.
