What you will do

• Review contract billing events in SFDC to ensure proper entry against customer contracts.
• Track and resolve pending contractual or billing issues in collaboration with other internal departments.
• Manage and action the daily review of the SFDC Case Management System.
• Respond to member account questions quickly and accurately via phone and email.
• Process new sales orders and perform account audits for license, module, or location adjustments.
• Maintain strict adherence to confidentiality and compliance regulations, including HIPAA.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant professional level work experience.
• Ability to work from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm EST.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to work in accounting software systems such as Salesforce and Sage Intacct.
• Must be based in the United States.

• Experience reviewing contract terms and customer quotes.
