Program Specialist

Salary: $19.04 - $28.56 per hour (approx. $3,298 - $4,960 per month)

What you will do

• Conduct daily outreach to adjusters and nurse case managers to generate referrals and revenue.
• Manage and convert new and existing leads using Salesforce and internal systems.
• Obtain necessary orders and documentation from medical providers and facilities.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to ensure successful referral conversions.
• Resolve customer service issues for clients, providers, and vendors.
• Execute cross-capture of products to maximize revenue opportunities.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Bachelor’s degree or 2–5 years of relevant experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and web browsers.
• Strong organizational, time management, and critical thinking skills.
• Ability to handle moderate to significant mental stress in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to obtain federal government clearance if working with specific contract clients.
